- Account data: name, email, avatar and profile details you provide (or that we receive from Google sign-in).
- Uploaded content: the files, titles and descriptions you upload.
- Usage data: views, likes, referrals and dashboard activity used to compute earnings.
- Device / log data: IP address, browser type and timestamps to secure the service and prevent fraud.
- Payout details: UPI ID, phone number or bank details you provide for withdrawals.
2. How we use your information
- To operate the Service, generate share links and compute earnings.
- To detect abuse, fraud and violations of our policies.
- To communicate about payouts, security and product updates.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, analytics, payments) under strict confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.
4. Public information
Your public profile (display name, avatar, user ID) and the files you choose to share via public links are visible to anyone with the link.
5. Data retention
We keep account data while your account is active. Deleting your account permanently removes your files and profile within a reasonable operational window, except where retention is required by law.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls and row-level security on our database. No system is 100% secure.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data from Settings, or contact us at support@cloudnova.app for assistance with privacy requests.
8. Children
CloudNova is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We will notify you of material changes to this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
