1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use CloudNova. By using the Service, you represent that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. User content
You retain ownership of the files you upload. By uploading, you grant CloudNova a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service (including generating shareable links and previews).
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must have the necessary rights to it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload, share or earn from content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, contains malware, or violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Earnings, referrals and payouts
- Earnings are credited only for genuine, human views. Bot traffic, self-refreshing and click-farms are fraud and lead to forfeiture.
- Minimum payout thresholds and supported methods (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, bank transfer) are shown in your dashboard and may change.
- Referral commissions are paid only on verified activity from real referred users.
- We may withhold, reverse or clawback earnings tied to fraud, chargebacks or policy breaches.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law. You may delete your account from Settings → Danger Zone at any time.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific earnings or that any file will remain online indefinitely.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudNova will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data, revenue or profits.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the dashboard. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
